How do I register?

Registration is FREE. To register click the "Register" link in the "Sign In" page, and simply complete our easy-to-follow registration page. The three-step process for registration is as follows:

  • Review and accept the User Agreement.
  • Complete the registration form which requests basic information.
  • Once you have completed above 2 steps, you will be e-mailed an activation link. Only after you click on that link your account is created on the server. If you can't click on the link, you can copy and paste it into your browser. Make sure that the entire link is copied, all the characters are important.

What do you do with my registration information?

When you register to exor-rd.com, you will provide certain personal information (e.g. name, email address, telephone number, company name, etc.) and demographic information (e.g. title, business type, business function, zip code, etc.). This information shall be stored by exor-rd only. Depending on subscriptions you may have to exor-rd.com mailing lists, publications and services, this information shall be used by exor-rd to provide you with periodic marketing and promotional notices. You may, at any time prevent such use of your personal and demographic information by "opting out" of specific mailing lists and services as set forth in the privacy policy.

I'm a registered user and I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

This depends on the error message you are getting. If the message reads "Invalid Login Attempt", please check that you entered a valid username/password pair. Please carefully retype your username/password pair and try again. Remember that usernames and passwords are case sensitive so "xyz" is different from "Xyz". Check your caps lock key. If you got a different message, please email us the error you received or click here to get the Technical Support form, and we will be happy to help you.

What should I do if I can't remember my username/password pair?

Click on the "Forgot Password?" link in the "Sign In" page. After you provided the email address requested, a new password will be generated and the new username/password pair will be sent to this address, provided that it matches the one you entered during your registration.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password only after you logged in successfully. By clicking on your first name (or screen name, if specified) located at the top of the screen, you will access your account page, reporting your details and other settings related to your account at exor-rd.com. To change your password, as well as other details, click on the "Account Details" link and replace your current information with new information.

Does my password ever expire?

No, your password will never expire. If your password has been compromised, you must inform us immediately, and we can change it for you. It is your responsibility to secure the password from others.

How do I change my email address?  

You can change your email address only after you logged in successfully. How do I change any of my registration information including my address and phone numbers?   

Once you get the requested form, replace your current information with the updated information. Submit this information by clicking on the "Submit Information" button.
