Exor R&D Historical Timeline


1989

Exor Electronic R&D was founded in Cincinnati, Ohio USA. It started our as an R&D company writing software for the programming and management for a new electronic device now referred to as Uniop HMIs.


1991

The scope of the USA operation (Exor Electronic R&D) expanded to include the marketing, sales, service and support of the Uniop HMI products. First sold locally and then expanded to cover a nation wide market.


1992

After the successful inroads to the USA market the company expanded it’s coverage to a worldwide network of sales and support operations to cover everywhere outside of Italy.


1992

The software development team of Exor Electronic R&D complete and released the first windows based HMI programming package.


1996

Exor Electronic R&D started the development of a PC based control engineered and produced in USA.


1998

A power monitoring device called ACPM was developed, sold and shipped to the electrical switch gear market.


2004

Exor Electronic R&D started a new product business called Uniopen. This was taking our development experience and innovative product platform and creating custom solutions to meet specific requirement for niche customer needs.


2007

Exor Electronic R&D added the Marquee product line to their product offering.
